The Tralov Cyst Institute At Pine Creek Medical Center

The Tarlov Cyst Institute is home to Dr. Frank Feigenbaum, M.D., the only Tarlov Cyst surgeon worldwide to have show statistical improvements in his patients. (Statistics independently verified by The Sarah Cannon Research Institute) These massive advances have been made possible by the refined surgical treatment developed by Dr. Feigenbaum that incorporates the latest advancements in neurosurgical care, including computer-assisted image guidance and minimally invasive surgical approaches.

Dr. Feigenbaum teamed with The Pine Creek Medical Center to create the Tarlov Cyst Institute after discovering that many of his patients had undergone countless specialty physician visits and multiple surgeries without relief. Feeling as though they were at the end of their rope, these patients had all but given up on hopes of living without the debilitating pain and immobility brought on by meningeal cysts and Tarlov cysts. The goal of The Tarlov Institute is to not only to alleviate the pain and discomfort brought on by Tarlov Cysts, but also to continue to educate to patients and physicians on how to battle this disease so that individuals worldwide can retake their lives after surgically treating Tarlov Cysts.

Teaming with Pine Creek has given Dr. Feigenbaum and the Tarlov Institute access to the latest technologies and innovative care procedures. These include minimally invasive surgical systems, specially designed instruments, and computer-aided diagnostic and surgical imaging for preoperative planning and surgical navigation using 3D virtual image of the surgical field.
